  2. Well, we measured today at work and STILL on track! Due to an injured hamstring I haven’t been able to work out in the last week unfortunately, but it’s feeling much better and I’m ready to get back at it!

  3. Hello Joel, Jody gave me your shapeiq address today and I am interested in what you are doing. I am into natural health issues also.

We are having a Women’s Winter Series and Brunch in Feb. ’09. I am interested in hearing more about your presentation to our population of female students.

  5. Greetings!

It is truly from my heart that I thank you for your participation in The Women’s Winter Series and Brunch. Your presentation was very much needed. Hopefully the class pick up some great new activities for their fitness routines.

We, the committee of the Women’s Winter Series and Brunch want to do everything in our power to show our gratitude to you . Please accept our sincere gratitude and if there is anything that we can do help you or the wellness center in any way, please let us know. We started this project with only faith that we had in God and we just want you to know how grateful we are. Other departments have money to pay their presenters, we only had the audacity to ask for help and the miracle of answered prayers.

We, overall wanted to show our young women that we truly loved them and cared about their lives and wellbeing, as well as the student body. Without doubt you were a part of making that possible! We believe that whatever needs to be done at this point God will make it happen.
Again, we thank you very much and may God continue to bless you richly!

    Sincerely,

    Stephanie Bundle, Program Coordinator
